It's been a while since I last spent money on new glass. And today, just in time for my Cagbalete, Quezon trip tomorrow, I bought a Sigma 10-20mm HSM UWA lens. ♥♥♥

I still can't believe it. I AM LIKE A KID WITH A NEW TOY. I swear. XD

Now, how do I use this thing... LOL. *runs off to experiment*

Bamboo Manalac is quite the performer. It's amazing how he can do all those movements on stage and yet maintain a really nice live voice.

Gosh I miss the original Rivermaya. *sniff*

I think I'm developing a BIG interest on concert photography. I love the colors of my Bamboo series. The lights cooperated and my lens worked really well. Whee!

Going to Singfest was so worth it because of you.
I nearly fainted from all the people.
Nearly suffered suffocation.

But, everything was worth it.

I've always asked myself what kind of photographer I want to be. And after a month of being in the Philippines and getting to know some people in the creative industry, it's becoome clearer and clearer.

I WANT TO BE A FASHION / GLAMOUR PHOTOGRAPHER.

I've always had the habit of buying magazines just to look at the pictures, craning my neck in the MRT to see the billboards along EDSA, and to stop and look at the posters and ads in the mall just to see what makes them beautiful to my eyes and ask whoever is with me whether she finds the picture good or not. Yeah, I'm a bit on the freaky side. Sorry.

So there, with that out of the way, I have my work cut out for me. I have loads of stuff to learn. But what's good about all this is that, I am definitely going to have so much fun along the way. I can't wait!

I don't really like writing on here because I have like 3 other places where I blog, it's just getting really crazy.

I am going off to Bintan, Indonesia in a few days... this is my first out-of-town trip with my DSLR camera and I am really excited just to take loads and loads of pictures. Hopefully, I can come up with really nice ones that I can post on here.

I am currently obsessing about HDR imaging. The images you get from this process are just absolutely gorgeous and surreal... I am practicing a lot and I hope to be better at it soon enough.
